Please note that our carriers do not deliver to PO BOXES, so please ensure you give your full delivery address and contact number at the checkout.

QureMed offers a competitive freight charge for all products and equipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and the delivery destination.
*Please note that on rare occasions, there can be unexpected delays to your order due to stock availability.
All claims and refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
If there is an issue or damage to your order you need to notify QureMed immediately for the problem to be resolved. QureMed needs to be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order and the goods returned within 14 days.
QureMed does not offer refunds for shipping costs.
QureMed reserves the right to refuse a Refund or Return if the item or items are found to not be in re-saleable conditions.
Special order in items are non-returnable.
Goods may only be returned with the approval of and at the sole discretion of QureMed. Goods returned may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20% of the invoiced value.
