PRICING

Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and specifications quoted are true and up to date. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices listed on the website are displayed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on the website display all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

 

PAYMENT 

QureMed accepts Visa/Mastercard and Direct Deposits via EFT for members with accounts.

Payments will be processed immediately upon confirmation of your Order.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Once an order is placed and we have received it you will be notified and updated as your order status changes.

The highest effort is made to ensure that your items are in stock and dispatched to you as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

When you sign on with QureMed we deliver Australia wide.

Please note that our carriers do not deliver to PO BOXES, so please ensure you give your full delivery address and contact number at the checkout.

Along with QureMed's membership you are entitled to our dispatch guarantee: At QureMed we understand that when you order an item you need it as soon as possible.


QureMed Business hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (WST).

Estimated delivery times from dispatch*:

  • Perth Metro - Approximately 1 to 3 business days
  • Rest of WA - Approximately 2 - 5 business days
  • Darwin / NT - Approximately 3 - 5 business days
  • Adelaide / SA - Approximately 3 - 7 business days
  • Melbourne / VIC - Approximately 3 - 7 business days
  • Sydney / NSW - Approximately 3 - 7 business days
  • Brisbane / QLD - Approximately 5 - 7 business days

*Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.

 


FREIGHT CHARGES

QureMed offers a competitive freight charge for all products and equipment.
To calculate your delivery costs, please select your desired products and enter your delivery address and contact number at the shopping cart page.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and the delivery destination.

*Please note that on rare occasions, there can be unexpected delays to your order due to stock availability.

 

RETURNS

 

 All claims and refunds are issued on a case by case basis.

If there is an issue or damage to your order you need to notify QureMed immediately for the problem to be resolved. QureMed needs to be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order and the goods returned within 14 days.

QureMed does not offer refunds for shipping costs.

QureMed reserves the right to refuse a Refund or Return if the item or items are found to not be in saleable conditions.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

Goods may only be returned with the approval of and at the sole discretion of QureMed. Goods returned may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20% of the invoiced value.

 

CANCELLING ORDERS 

Orders can only be cancelled with the approval of and at the sole discretion of QureMed. If you cancel an order the order may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20% of the total value of the order. Due to the high volume of PPE & Infection Control product orders we are processing, cancelling orders for these items may not be possible.
